Having now been involved with the florist business for over 16 years, mainly as a wholesale supplier to other florists .... I found myself becoming more critical of how the shops were being managed ..... poor ranges, very little stock or as a customer recently said, “they look as if they are closing down” badly displayed and no consideration for customer service ....
